USAW Barbell Club

The USAW Barbell Club at Polarize Crossfit is a place for athletes to gather, be coached, and work together on the skills needed to become a world-class lifter.

Programming is provided twice/week.   Coaches provide guidance for safety and skill while athletes work on the provided programming or on their own specific skill or strength goals.

Additional, athlete-specific programming is available for purchase – see Coach Jo.

Our athletes have built elite levels of strength, increased their muscle mass, reduced their number of injuries and enjoy sweat-induced camaraderie.   This club can be a stand-alone workout, but our athletes tell us that coming to both classes increases their ability in both sports.

Powerlifting coaching is also available, and those who just want to deadlift are welcome alongside their friends working on cleans & jerks.
