Polarize CrossFit’s Fundamentals Course is designed to assist our new athletes in gaining an understanding of CrossFit’s Fundamental movements that allow for an easier transition into group CrossFit Classes. During the Fundamentals Course an Athlete will learn the importance of basic movements. Pushing, Pulling, Squatting, Jumping etc.. Basic body movements then are transformed into finessing Olympic weight lifting, Metabolic Conditioning and Gymnastics. Nutrition and overall lifestyle play into your fitness and health as well. These topics will also be referenced and discussed during the Fundamentals Course. Yoga - 6:00 to 6:45

Here’s what SWEAT looks like: -Dynamic Warmup: 3 to 7 minutes -Circuits/Intervals/Resistance/Cardio Training: 20 to 30 minutes -Cooldown: 3 to 7 minutes I want to make one thing clear: Shorter does not mean easier. Just because it is 45 minutes, does not mean you are getting any less of an effective workout.

Open Gym/Barbell Club/SWEAT Bootcamp

Open Gym/Barbell Club/SWEAT Bootcamp

Open gym time allows for PCF members to work on skilled movements, strength and conditioning, or to stretch and recover. Barbell club is Olympic Lifting (USAW Certified) Sport Specific Training which is included in our unlimited membership package. SWEAT Bootcamp runs from 4:45-5:30.   This circuit workout is designed to get your heart racing and muscles burning.
