Polarize CrossFit’s Fundamentals Course is designed to assist our new athletes in gaining an understanding of CrossFit’s Fundamental movements that allow for an easier transition into group CrossFit Classes. During the Fundamentals Course an Athlete will learn the importance of basic movements. Pushing, Pulling, Squatting, Jumping etc.. Basic body movements then are transformed into finessing Olympic weight lifting, Metabolic Conditioning and Gymnastics. Nutrition and overall lifestyle play into your fitness and health as well. These topics will also be referenced and discussed during the Fundamentals Course.
