Open Gym/Barbell Club/SWEAT Bootcamp
Open gym time allows for PCF members to work on skilled movements, strength and conditioning, or to stretch and recover. Barbell club is Olympic Lifting (USAW Certified) Sport Specific Training which is included in our unlimited membership package.
SWEAT Bootcamp runs from 4:45-5:30. This circuit workout is designed to get your heart racing and muscles burning.
